REFLEXOLOGY

  • Promotes profound relaxation
  • Increases circulation, lymphatic flow and nerve supply
  • Reduces stress and tension
  • Boosts supply of oxygen and nutrients to entire body

Through the skillful application of alternating pressure to reflex areas of the feet, a reflexologist silently communicates with your body.  Practiced for centuries, reflexology is much more than a good foot massage.  Reflexology promotes physical changes that bring about balance, healing, and stress reduction.

REIKI

A natural healing technique that balances the body's energy.  Through peaceful relaxation Reiki helps to reduce stress, speed healing, and promote spiritual growth.  Reiki enhances healing at all levels.

IONIC FOOT DETOX

Ionic Detox Session:  Client places both feet in a small basin filled with warm water and the Ionic Module.

The appropriate mode is set based on client information (intake).  Sea Salt is added to the water until the control unit indicate the proper level of salt.

Client will see the water change color, from clear to orange, as toxins are removed from the body.  The 250,000 sweat glands in your feet allow for a large number or toxins to be removed.

Hand detox is beneficial for clients with arthritis.  They will notice more flexibility and reduced stiffness and pain.

Combine Detox with Reflexology or Reiki for total body stress relief and cleansing.

Results of Session:  You may feel more energized, less aches and muscle stiffness.  Repeated detox sessions will result in better overall health and wellness as the body becomes more efficient and less stressed.
