Classes held ONE WEEKEND A MONTH for four months at the EMH Center For Health and Fitness in Avon, Ohio (I 90 and Rt. 83). 9:00am. to 5:00pm.

Driving Directions
From the East: Take I 90 West ot Route 83 exit. Turn Left off the ramp to Detroit Road (Rt. 254) Turn Right (West) on Detroit to Healthway Drive. Turn Right on Healthyway Drive to EMH.
From the West: Take I 90 East to Route 83 exit. Turn Right off the ramp to Detroit Road (Rt. 254) Turn Right (West) on Detroit to Healthway Drive. Turn Right on Healthyway Drive to EMH.
From the South: Take Route 83 north to Detroit Road (Rt. 254). Turn Left (West) on Detroit to Healthyway Drive. Right on Healthyway Drive to EMH.
