Register For Classes

To register for classes, please complete the following information and send $125.00 check or money order WITHIN FIVE DAYS of registration to:

Next class starts September 18, 2010 9:00 am. to 5:00 pm. at the EMH Center for Health and Fitness in Avon, Ohio. You must register 5 days prior to class start date.

All major credit cards accepted through PayPal for balance of tutition.

Full tuition payment must be recieved 5 days prior to FIRST class day.
